These Terms of Service define the conditions governing access to and use of the website www.thefashionproject.gr, including all related storefronts, market versions, content, features, tools, products, services and online purchases made through it.
The website is operated by TFP COMMERCE P.C., trading as The Fashion Project, VAT EL801358507, G.E.MI. 155078103000, headquartered at Sperchiados 11 & Lefkosias, Peristeri, Athens, Greece, 12133.
The terms “The Fashion Project”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TFP COMMERCE P.C. The terms “you”, “customer” and “user” refer to any person accessing, browsing, interacting with or purchasing through our website.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our ecommerce services to you. However, all purchases made through our online store are made directly with TFP COMMERCE P.C., trading as The Fashion Project.
By accessing, browsing, using or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Payment Methods, Refund / Return Policy, Store Credit Policy, Coupon Policy, Size Guide and any other policy or information page referenced in these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
1. International Sales, Markets and Storefront Versions
The Fashion Project operates online sales through different storefronts, markets, country versions and sales channels.
Products, prices, availability, promotions, discount codes, vouchers, gifts, bundles, shipping options, delivery times, payment methods and free-shipping thresholds may vary between countries, markets, storefront versions, customer groups or sales channels.
These differences may result from local market conditions, stock availability, product allocation, logistics costs, courier availability, delivery method, taxation, regulatory requirements, payment processing costs, currency-related costs, operational costs, promotional strategy or other legitimate commercial and regulatory considerations.
A product, price, promotion, discount code, shipping benefit, payment method, gift, bundle or other commercial offer available in one country, market, storefront version or sales channel does not automatically apply to any other country, market, storefront version or sales channel.
The final applicable terms for your order are those displayed to you before completing checkout.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use the website in any way that may harm, disable, overload, disrupt, interfere with or misuse the website, its systems, its security, its checkout or its services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account, placing an order, submitting a return request or communicating with us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity carried out through your account.
The operation of the store is governed by applicable Greek and EU consumer protection rules and, where applicable, the Code of Conduct of the Greek E-Commerce Association (GR.EC.A.).
3. Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including descriptions, images, colours, sizes, materials and availability.
Product colours, textures, finishes and appearance may differ slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, browser or display configuration.
Product descriptions, images, prices and availability may be updated, corrected, changed or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
We may limit the quantities of products available for purchase, restrict certain products by market or country, or remove products from a specific market or storefront where required for commercial, operational, legal, logistical or stock-related reasons.
Size information is provided to help customers choose the most suitable size. For detailed guidance, please refer to our Size Guide. Size information is indicative and may vary depending on the brand, product type, design, fit and material.
Products are sold for personal and household use only. You may not purchase products from our website for unauthorised resale, commercial redistribution or export without our prior written consent.
4. Prices, VAT, Availability and Checkout
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency for the relevant storefront, market, country version or sales channel.
For consumer purchases within Greece, Cyprus and the European Union, displayed product prices include VAT where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise before checkout.
Product prices do not include shipping costs unless expressly stated. Shipping costs, delivery options and any applicable charges are displayed during checkout before you place your order.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, prices, taxes, customs duties, import charges and delivery obligations may differ depending on the destination country and the checkout configuration. Where applicable, import duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees may be payable by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the relevant shipping terms.
Prices and availability may change without prior notice. Such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where there is an obvious error, payment failure, fraud concern, product unavailability or another lawful reason.
The final applicable product prices, shipping costs, taxes where applicable, available payment methods, discounts, promotions and order conditions are those displayed to you before completing checkout.
A minimum order value may apply. Unless checkout or a specific promotion states otherwise, the minimum order value is currently €20 and must be met after any applicable discounts and before shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, return fees or other non-product charges are added.
Orders paid entirely with Store Credit may be excluded from the minimum order value calculation, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or in the relevant promotion terms.
Adding a product to the cart, wishlist or favourites does not reserve the product, price, promotion, discount or stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and, where available, offer a replacement product or cancellation of the affected order with a full refund.
5. Promotions, Discounts, Coupons and Price Reductions
Promotions, discount codes, vouchers, free-shipping thresholds, gifts with purchase, bundles, sale prices and other offers may be subject to specific terms, eligibility criteria, country restrictions, customer eligibility, product or category exclusions, minimum order values, expiry dates, usage limits or stock availability.
Discount codes, vouchers and promotional offers may be valid only for selected countries, markets, products, categories, customer groups, payment methods or order values.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with each other, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with Cash on Delivery.
If a promotion requires a minimum order value, the threshold is calculated according to the promotion terms and may exclude shipping fees, return fees, cash-on-delivery fees, gift cards, Store Credit or other non-product amounts.
A promotion, discount code, coupon, voucher, sale price, free-shipping benefit, gift or bundle available in one country, market, storefront version or sales channel does not automatically apply to any other country, market, storefront version or sales channel.
Where we announce a price reduction, the prior price displayed will be determined in accordance with applicable EU and national consumer protection rules. Where legally required, the prior price means the lowest price applied by The Fashion Project during the relevant period before the price reduction, usually the last 30 days.
The lowest prior price may be calculated separately for each relevant market, country, storefront version or sales channel, depending on where the product is offered and where the price reduction is announced.
The Fashion Project does not apply personalised pricing based on automated decision-making or profiling of individual consumer behaviour, unless this is expressly disclosed to you where legally required.

6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under the terms displayed at checkout.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. Your order is accepted only when it has been processed and dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier or applicable law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, obvious pricing or technical error, misuse of promotions, restrictions by country or market, inability to deliver to the selected destination or indications that the purchase is made for unauthorised resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or affected item.
You should review your order carefully before submitting it, including product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address, billing details, payment method and shipping method.
7. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may vary by country, market, storefront version, device, checkout eligibility, order value and payment provider availability.
The available payment methods for your order will be displayed at checkout.

The currently supported payment methods may include:
- Greece: Cash on Delivery, IRIS, Credit / Debit Card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Viva Payments and Store Credit.
- Cyprus: Credit / Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Viva Payments and Store Credit. Cash on Delivery is not available for Cyprus orders.
- European Union: Credit / Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay through Shopify Payments, Viva Payments and Store Credit. Cash on Delivery is not available for EU orders outside Greece.
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders delivered within Greece and may be subject to order value limits, customer eligibility, delivery area availability, fraud-prevention checks or previous order history.
Cash on Delivery may not be available for orders above €250, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is not available for Cyprus, European Union orders outside Greece, or international orders, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Discount codes cannot be combined with Cash on Delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may restrict Cash on Delivery or other payment methods in cases of suspected abuse, repeated order refusals, failed deliveries, failed payments, incorrect customer information or other legitimate operational or fraud-prevention reasons.
All payments are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
8. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 30 minutes of placing it, on business days and before 13:00 local Greek time.
To request cancellation, contact Customer Service at +30 210 5751000 or support@thefashionproject.gr, quoting your order number.
If the order has already been processed, packed, handed over to the courier or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order may be delivered or, where applicable, returned in accordance with our Refund / Return Policy.
This cancellation process applies before dispatch and is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal after delivery.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, delivery estimates and shipping costs are displayed during checkout and are further described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, product availability, payment method, customs procedures where applicable, force majeure events, courier disruptions, seasonal volume or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, customs procedures, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, recipient absence or events outside our reasonable control.
For consumer purchases, risk passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person designated by you, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
For international orders outside the European Union, delivery may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, local charges or regulatory checks, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the applicable shipping terms.
10. Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal
Customers may withdraw from a purchase or return a product in accordance with our Refund / Return Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in their original condition, with their original packaging, labels, accessories and any accompanying items, unless otherwise required by law.
Returns may be rejected or partially refunded where products are returned used, worn, damaged, incomplete, altered, missing packaging or otherwise not in their original condition, subject to applicable law.
The right of withdrawal and return process may differ depending on the country, delivery method, product type and applicable legal framework.
Our commercial return period may be longer than the statutory withdrawal period. Any extended return period offered by The Fashion Project does not limit your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. Refunds
Refunds are processed after order cancellation or after the returned product has been received and checked, in accordance with our Refund / Return Policy and applicable law.
Refunds are normally issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or unless another method is required due to technical or payment-provider limitations.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Indicative processing times include:
- Shopify Payments card refunds: 2–10 business days.
- Viva Wallet refunds: 2–7 business days.
- Klarna refunds: handled directly by Klarna, usually within 5–10 business days depending on the payment plan.
Where legally required, refunds will be completed within 14 days from the date of the valid withdrawal notice, subject to our right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, where applicable.
Shipping fees, return costs, cash-on-delivery fees, customs charges or other costs may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the circumstances and applicable law, as described in our Refund / Return Policy.
12. Store Credit, Vouchers and Gift Benefits
Store Credit, vouchers, promotional credits or gift benefits may be subject to specific terms, expiry dates, country restrictions, product exclusions, customer eligibility criteria, minimum order value rules and technical limitations.
Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
Orders paid fully or partially with Store Credit may be subject to specific refund handling depending on the original payment method and the applicable policy.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Store Credit does not count as a cash payment and may be excluded from minimum order value thresholds, coupon eligibility, free-shipping thresholds or other promotional conditions.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, prices, promotions, availability, shipping costs and delivery information are accurate and up to date.
Occasionally, information on the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in relation to product descriptions, product images, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time.
If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Where required, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund, or offer you the option to confirm the order under the corrected information, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, product images, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, designs, videos, icons, banners, software, layout, product reviews and other materials, is owned by The Fashion Project or its partners, licensors or suppliers and is protected under Greek, EU and international intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, scrape, download, store, exploit or otherwise use any content from the website without our prior written consent.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, tools, services, content, policies or practices.

17. Relationship with Shopify
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the ecommerce platform, checkout and related services.
However, any purchase made through our online store is made directly with TFP COMMERCE P.C., trading as The Fashion Project.
Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from our store and is not responsible for fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, customer support or after-sales service, except where Shopify separately provides payment, checkout or platform services under its own applicable terms.
18. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, applicable Greek and EU data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to communications or contacting us, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Because the website is hosted and powered by Shopify, certain personal data may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers in order to provide the website, checkout, payment, analytics, delivery, fraud-prevention and related services.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers and encrypted checkout environments.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
24. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, strikes, customs delays, natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, pandemic, government measures, supply chain disruption, technical failures, payment-provider disruption or platform outages.
25. Changes to the Website and Services
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, services, product selection, market configuration, features, tools or content at any time for operational, commercial, legal, technical or security reasons.
