Refund policy
The return process at The Fashion Project is designed to be simple, structured, and fully transparent. Below you will find the detailed conditions and steps required to return a product.

General Return Terms
The following terms apply regardless of shipping destination.
According to European and Greek law, you are entitled to return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery (Article 4 §10, Law 2251/1994). Additionally, we offer a more flexible approach: returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of dispatch of your order. This extended period does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Eligibility
You may return one or more products from your order within 30 days from the dispatch date, for any reason. Returns apply exclusively to orders placed through our official online store.
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
- Have its box (e.g. shoe box) returned undamaged, without writing or stickers.
- Be returned from the country to which it was originally shipped.
We do not accept returns for:
- Underwear
- Socks without sealed packaging
- Products that show signs of use or wear
Return Procedure via RMA
All returns are managed exclusively through our online RMA portal at rma.thefashionproject.gr.
Submitting the RMA form is the first step in expressing your intention to return and does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Each request is reviewed by our team and, upon approval, the process continues. All returns are subject to final inspection upon receipt.
Returns submitted without an approved RMA will not be accepted. No account is required to submit a return request.
Steps:
- Visit rma.thefashionproject.gr and enter your order number and email/phone.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Choose your preferred resolution: refund or store credit.
- Select your return method (available options depend on your country).
- Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with your return shipping instructions.
No Exchanges – Only Refund or Store Credit
At The Fashion Project, we do not offer product-for-product exchanges under any circumstances. All return requests are processed exclusively as:
- Refunds to the original payment method, or
- Store credit for future use.
If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, you may place a new order using your store credit or refunded amount once your return has been completed and approved.
Return Approval Process
Once we receive your returned parcel, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify compliance with the return conditions. Only after successful inspection will a return be approved and processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided when placing your order.

🇬🇷 Greece
Return Methods:
- Courier Center: Your parcel will be picked up within 24–48 hours, or you may drop it off at the nearest Courier Center location using the provided voucher.
- ACS Courier: Your parcel will be picked up within 24–48 hours, or you may drop it off at the nearest ACS location using the provided voucher.
- BOX NOW: You will receive a unique code and instructions to drop off your parcel at a BOX NOW locker of your choice, at any time.

🇨🇾 Cyprus
Return Methods:
- BOX NOW: You will receive a unique code and instructions to drop off your parcel at a BOX NOW locker of your choice, at any time.
- DHL Express: Select "Return with DHL" during the RMA process. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with your return shipping instructions (QR code or printed label, depending on availability in your area).

🇪🇺 European Union
Returns from the following countries are accepted: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
All EU returns are handled exclusively via DHL Express through the RMA portal. No account is required to submit a return request. Simply select "Return with DHL" during the RMA process — the system will automatically determine the correct return method for your location based on DHL availability.
Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing your return shipping instructions, along with one of the following:
QR Code (Label-Free) — where available
No printing required. Your QR code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Drop-off at DHL Express Service Point (recommended):
- Save the QR code on your phone.
- Go to a DHL Express Service Point that supports QR code returns (look for the QR code icon). Find your nearest location: locator.dhl.com
- Show your QR code to the staff — DHL will print the return label for you and accept the parcel.
Courier Pickup — if selected and available in your area:
- Save the QR code on your phone.
- Schedule your pickup online via MyDHL+ or by calling DHL customer service, using the QR code reference provided in your confirmation email.
- Show the QR code to the courier at handover — DHL will scan it and complete the collection.
Printed Return Label (PDF) — where Label-Free is not available
Your return label is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Download and print the return label from your confirmation email.
- Attach it securely to the outside of the parcel — ensure the barcode is clearly visible and remove or fully cover any old shipping labels.
- Drop off at a DHL Express Service Point, or schedule a courier pickup via MyDHL+. Find your nearest Service Point: locator.dhl.com
Important packaging instructions — apply to all EU returns:
- Pack your item securely, keeping all original packaging and tags.
- Remove or fully cover any old shipping labels or stickers.
- Do not seal the parcel — DHL must inspect the contents before accepting.
- Do not leave your parcel unattended or in a "safe place" for courier collection.
- If you have multiple shipments, ensure you use the correct QR code or label for each parcel.

Refund or Store Credit
You may choose:
- Store Credit, to use for a future purchase, or
- Refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued:
- To your card or digital wallet, if payment was made exclusively with those methods.
- To a bank account (IBAN) if you paid with store credit, or used a combination of store credit and another payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds cover only the product value and do not include original shipping or Cash on Delivery fees.
All IBAN refunds are processed through Alpha Bank. In line with European regulations (Regulation (EU) 924/2009 and Directive (EU) 2015/2366), the SHA principle applies: bank transfer costs are shared between sender and recipient. Any additional fees charged by your bank are not covered by The Fashion Project.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective or not what you ordered (e.g. wrong size or item):
- Submit an RMA request selecting the correct return reason.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos.
- Once the issue is confirmed, the return is completed at no cost to you.
Special Case: Orders with Issued Invoices
If your order was issued with a business invoice, the return process cannot be completed through the online RMA portal. Please contact our Customer Support team directly:

The RMA will be processed manually by our team. Only refunds to the original payment method are available. Store credit is not available for invoiced orders.
