Coupon Policy

From time to time, The Fashion Project may offer discount coupons, promotional codes, personal offers, shipping discounts or other special benefits through our website, newsletters, advertisements, social media campaigns, customer service communication, review follow-ups or other promotional activities.

Each coupon or promotional code is subject to specific terms and conditions, which may vary depending on the campaign. These terms may include, but are not limited to, validity period, minimum order value, eligible products or categories, eligible countries, payment method, customer eligibility and number of uses.

Types of coupons and promotional codes

Coupons may be general or personal.

General coupons may be available to a wider audience through public promotions, advertisements, newsletters or website campaigns.

Personal coupons are intended only for the customer who received them. These may be sent as a thank-you offer, a review follow-up, a customer service gesture or as part of a specific loyalty or retention activity. Personal coupons may not be transferred, shared, resold or used by another customer.

Some coupons may apply only to product discounts, while others may apply only to shipping costs. For example, a coupon may offer free or reduced shipping only for specific countries, delivery methods or order values.

Coupon conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

Coupons are valid for a limited time only.

Coupons may require a minimum order value.

Coupons may apply only to selected products, collections, categories, brands, countries or delivery methods.

Coupons may be valid for one use per customer.

Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, promotional codes, automatic discounts or other offers.

Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or any other monetary value.

Coupons are not valid on products, categories or campaigns that are excluded from the specific promotion.

Payment method restrictions

Coupons cannot be used with Cash on Delivery payments.

To apply a coupon, the customer must choose an eligible prepaid payment method, such as credit/debit card, Viva Wallet, IRIS where available, or another supported online payment method shown at checkout.

Review follow-up coupons

In some cases, The Fashion Project may send a personal thank-you coupon after a customer submits a review.

Unless otherwise stated, this type of coupon is valid for orders of €60 or more, is for the personal use of the recipient only, cannot be combined with other offers, and expires 30 days after it is issued.

The coupon does not represent payment for the review and does not affect whether the review is positive, negative or neutral.

Shipping coupons

Some promotional codes may apply only to shipping costs. These coupons may be limited to specific countries, regions, delivery methods, minimum order values or promotional periods.

A shipping coupon does not necessarily apply to all available carriers or delivery options. The eligible delivery method will be shown at checkout when the coupon is applied.

Returns and refunds

If an order placed with a coupon is returned, the refunded amount is calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer after the coupon discount was applied.

The coupon value itself is not refunded, exchanged for cash or reissued as store credit.

If only part of an order is returned, the final refund may be adjusted according to the discount applied to the returned item or items.

Our standard return policy applies to all orders placed with coupons.

Changes, cancellation and misuse

The Fashion Project reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any coupon, promotional code or promotional campaign at any time, especially in cases of technical error, misuse, suspected fraud, duplicate account activity, abuse of the promotion or violation of the campaign terms.

If a coupon is used in a way that does not comply with its terms, The Fashion Project may cancel the discount, request a different payment method, cancel the order or take any other appropriate action.
