Shipping policy

At The Fashion Project, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and without surprises. This policy explains everything you need to know about shipping — costs, delivery times, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently ship to the following countries:

Greece & Cyprus: Greece, Cyprus

European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

We do not ship to countries not listed above. This list may be updated at any time.


2. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is €20. Orders below this amount cannot be completed. This minimum does not apply to orders placed using store credit as the sole payment method.


3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

🇬🇷 Greece

Estimated delivery times:

  • BOX NOW: 1–3 business days
  • Courier Center / ACS Courier: 3–7 business days (depending on area)

Good to know:

  • Orders placed before 13:00 (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day.
  • No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • BOX NOW: Your parcel will be held in the locker for up to 72 hours. You can collect it using the six-digit pickup code, or via the BOX NOW app with Bluetooth enabled.
  • Courier Center: If a delivery attempt fails, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby Clever Point for collection. You will be notified with pickup details.
  • ACS Courier: During high-volume periods, shipments may be automatically redirected to the nearest ACS Smart Point Locker. You will be notified accordingly.

Good to know:

  • All Cyprus shipments are prepaid only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • BOX NOW is available for prepaid orders only. Your parcel will be held in the locker for up to 72 hours.
  • DHL Express shipments include full tracking and are typically delivered within 1–4 business days from dispatch.
  • Orders placed before 10:00 (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day.


🇪🇺 European Union

We ship to selected European Union countries using DHL.

At checkout, the available shipping method is shown automatically based on your delivery country, order value and parcel. This keeps shipping simple and ensures the most suitable DHL option is displayed.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies. Depending on the parcel and destination, your free shipping method may be either DHL Express or DHL Standard.

Good to Know

All EU orders are prepaid only. Cash on Delivery is not available for EU shipments.

All EU shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

DHL Standard is not available for Malta. Malta orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Orders placed before 13:00, Monday to Friday, are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00, during weekends or public holidays, are processed the next business day.

As these are intra-EU shipments, no customs duties or import taxes apply within the European Union.


4. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The carrier may leave a notice and/or redirect your parcel to an authorized pickup point (e.g., Courier Center Clever Point, ACS Smart Point Locker, or DHL ServicePoint).
  • You will be notified by the carrier with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
  • DHL ServicePoints typically hold parcels for up to 5 business days before returning them to our warehouse.
  • If the parcel is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is returned to our warehouse, a new shipping fee will be charged before re-dispatch, regardless of the original order value or whether free shipping was applied.

The Fashion Project is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, recipient unavailability, or failure to collect from a designated pickup point within the allotted time.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to deliver to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • Military addresses
  • Areas not covered by our logistics partners

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.


6. Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 13:00 are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 13:00, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

During sales, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.


7. Liability & Force Majeure

The Fashion Project takes all reasonable steps to ensure your order is dispatched accurately and on time. However, once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, The Fashion Project cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, or carrier network disruptions), or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
