Payment Methods
You can complete your order using one of the available payment methods, depending on your delivery country.
Available payment methods by delivery country
Greece
For orders delivered within Greece, the available payment methods are:
• Credit or Debit Card
• Viva Wallet
• IRIS online payments
• Express Wallets, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available
• Cash on Delivery
• Store Credit
• Klarna, where available
Some payment methods may not be available for specific order types, such as orders consisting exclusively of OUTLET products.

Cyprus
For orders delivered to Cyprus, only prepaid payment methods are available:
• Credit or Debit Card
• Viva Wallet
• Express Wallets, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available
• Store Credit
Cash on Delivery is not available for Cyprus orders.
Klarna is currently not available for Cyprus orders.

European Union
For orders delivered within the European Union, only prepaid payment methods are available:
• Credit or Debit Card
• Viva Wallet
• Express Wallets, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available
• Store Credit
Cash on Delivery is not available for European Union orders.
Klarna is currently not available for European Union orders.

Credit or Debit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and American Express through Shopify Payments and Viva Wallet.
All card transactions are processed securely in an encrypted payment environment.
Viva Wallet
Viva Wallet is available as a secure card payment option.
Through Viva Wallet, we also support IRIS online payments for customers in Greece.
IRIS is available only for Greek bank accounts and can be used exclusively for orders delivered within Greece.
Express Wallets
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
On eligible devices and browsers, you may see express checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
These options are shown automatically at checkout when supported by your device, browser and delivery country.
For orders consisting exclusively of products marked as OUTLET, express payment options may not be available. In that case, checkout will show the available payment methods for your delivery country.
Cash on Delivery
Greece only
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders delivered within Greece.
There is no additional charge for Cash on Delivery.
Cash on Delivery is not available for orders over €250.
Cash on Delivery is not available for Cyprus or European Union orders.
If a customer repeatedly refuses to accept delivered orders without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict their checkout to prepaid payment methods only.
Store Credit
If you have received store credit from a previous return, you can use it during checkout as a payment method.
To use your store credit:
• Make sure you are logged into the same account used for your original order.
• At checkout, your available store credit will appear automatically and can be applied to your order total.
Store credit can be used for any future order.
If your new order total is lower than your available store credit, the remaining balance will stay in your account.
If your order total is higher, you can pay the difference using one of the available payment methods for your delivery country.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
Klarna – Buy Now, Pay Later
Currently available only in Greece
Klarna allows you to split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.
Simply select Klarna at checkout and follow the approval process.
The first payment is charged when your order ships, and the remaining two payments are charged automatically every 30 days.
No fees, no interest — just more flexibility.
Klarna is currently available only for orders delivered within Greece.
Klarna is not available for Cyprus or European Union orders.
Klarna is not available for orders consisting exclusively of OUTLET products.
