Store Credits

Store credit is a balance in your The Fashion Project account that you can use towards future purchases in our online store.

Use your credit in three steps

1. Sign in to your account using the email address associated with your store credit. For credit issued after a return, use the same email as the original order.
2. Add your items to the basket and proceed to checkout.
3. In the payment section, select the option to apply your available store credit. Check the updated total before completing your order.

What happens to the balance?

• If the order total is higher than your credit, pay the difference using an available payment method.
• If the order total is lower, the unused credit remains in your account for a future purchase.

Can't see your store credit?

• Check that you are signed in to the account associated with the credit.
• Check the checkout currency. Only credit in that same currency can be displayed and used.
• If it still does not appear, contact our support team before completing your purchase.

Important information

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable. It is for use in our online store.
