Payment Methods

You can complete your order using one of the following payment methods:

Credit or Debit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and American Express through Shopify Payments and Viva Wallet. All transactions are 100% secure.

Through Viva Wallet we also support IRIS online payments for customers in Greece. IRIS is available only for Greek bank accounts and can be used exclusively for orders with delivery within Greece.

Express Wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

On eligible devices and browsers, you may see express checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

For orders consisting exclusively of products marked as OUTLET, these express payment options are not available. In that case, only Viva Wallet card payment and Cash on Delivery will be offered at checkout (subject to the COD rules below).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You can pay with cash upon delivery, with no additional charge. Is available only for orders within Greece & Cyprus. Is not available for orders over €250.

If a customer repeatedly refuses to accept orders without justification, we reserve the right to restrict their checkout to prepaid payment methods only (Card via Viva Wallet or Shopify Payments).

Store Credit

If you have received store credit from a previous return, you can use it during checkout as a payment method.

To use your store credit:

• Make sure you are logged into the account you used for your original order.
• At checkout, your available store credit will appear automatically and can be applied to your total.

Store credit can be used for any future order.
If your new order total is lower than the store credit amount, the remaining balance will stay available in your account.
If your order total is higher, you can pay the difference with card or COD.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

Klarna – Buy Now, Pay Later

Simply select Klarna at checkout and follow the quick approval process.
The first payment is charged when your order ships, and the remaining two are automatically charged every 30 days.
No fees, no interest – just flexibility.

Klarna is not available for orders consisting exclusively of OUTLET products. For such orders, only Viva Wallet and Cash on Delivery will be available at checkout, in line with our COD rules above.
