Sim, as long as your encomenda has not been shipped yet. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately em support@thefashionproject. gr ou call +30 210 57 51000. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may proceed com a devolução.
If your encomenda has not been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. However, once your encomenda is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. In que case, we recommend cancelling (if still possible) e placing a new encomenda.

Shipping is gratuito para orders over €69 em Grécia e €120 em Chipre (BOX NOW only).
- Grécia: 1–3 dias úteis (BOX NOW), 3–7 dias úteis (Courier Center/ACS)
- Chipre: 2–4 dias úteis (BOX NOW e ACS Express), 7–15 dias úteis (ACS Standard)
As encomendas realizadas antes das 14:00 (de segunda a sexta-feira) são expedidas no próprio dia. As encomendas feitas depois desse horário, ao fim de semana ou em feriados são processadas no dia útil seguinte.
Sim. Once your encomenda is shipped, you will receive um email com all shipping details, including your tracking number e a direct link para the courier’s tracking page.
- BOX NOW (Grécia e Chipre): Your parcel will remain em the locker para 72 hours de the moment you receive the arrival notification via SMS, email, ou Viber. You can extend the storage time da um additional 24 hours directly through the BOX NOW platform if needed.
- ACS Store (Grécia only): If you choose delivery para um ACS store, your parcel will stay there para 10 calendar days de the arrival date before being returned para our warehouse.

Devoluções e reembolsos – A nossa política de forma simples
You may devolução any item within 30 days de the shipping date, para any reason. All devoluções must comply com the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, e em their original condition.
- All tags, labels, e packaging must be intact.
- Footuso must be returned em its original undamaged sapato box.
- Devoluções must be initiated de the country where the encomenda was delivered.

The devolução fees cover both the shipping costs e all administrative handling related para processing your devolução.

€8 com BOX NOW ou €9 com ACS (este fee is automatically deducted de your refund ou store credit).
There is no need para pay the courier upon devolução; the cost is handled internally e reflected em the refund amount.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish para receive a different item, size, ou color, simply proceed com a devolução e place a new encomenda.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving e inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds are processed back para the original payment method (card ) if the encomenda was fully prepaid com one of these methods.
- If you used store credit entirely ou combined it com another payment method (split payment), your refund will be issued para your bank account (IBAN). In these cases, IBAN details are mandatory para processing the refund.
