Καθυστέρηση αποστολής και παραλαβής

Για τα συγκεκριμένα πεδιλα πλατφόρμες δεν έχω ακόμα άποψη αφού ακόμα δεν έχει ανοιχτεί το δέμα. Έχω αγοράσει online και μποτάκια το χειμώνα. Πολύ ευχαριστημένη! Επίσης ανατομικά πεδιλα και παντόφλες αε σκούρο καφέ σουεντ. Εξαιρετικά και εξακολουθώ να τα χαίρομαι τώρα το καλοκαίρι. Όμως σε,αυτή την παραγγελία με απογοήτευσε η καθυστέρηση. Έκανα την παραγγελία στις 28 Ιουλίου και επειδή αναγραφοταν ως εκτιμώμενη παράδοση στις 1 Αυγούστου το Σάββατο προχώρησα στην παραγγελία. Έχοντας υπόψη προηγούμενες παραγγελίες που έρχονται νωρίτερα από την εκτιμώμενη παράδοση. Δυστυχώς όμως η παραγγελία μου ήρθε μετά από 7 ημέρες!!!!! Στις 4 Αυγούστου. Αν το ήξερα ότι θα καθυστερούσε τόσο δεν θα προχωρουσα στην αγορά μιας που έφυγα το βράδυ με άδεια στις 1 Αυγούστου. Αναγκαστικά υποχρεωσα τρίτο άτομο να παραλάβει αντί εμου το δέμα μου....
Κατανοώ ότι είμαστε σε περίοδο διακοπών και αδειών και λογικό και αναμενόμενο να υπάρχει μια χρονοκαθυστέρηση. Εξάλλου και εγώ για τις διακοπές μου τις ήθελα τις συγκεκριμένες πλατφόρμες αλλά δεν τις πήρα. Δεν μπορούσα να φανταστώ ότι θα έκανε 7 μέρες!!!!!
Διαφορετικά δεν θα έκανα την αγορά. Ίσως θα την έκανα αργότερα...
Για αυτό αφαίρεση ενός αστεριού.
Κατά τα άλλα, τα παπούτσια σε πολύ καλή ποιότητα και η ποικιλία τεράστια!!!!
Εννοείται πως θα συνεχίσω να αγοράζω και έχω συστήσει μάλιστα την εταιρεία σας...
Καλό υπόλοιπο καλοκαιριού!
