This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, the available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and what happens if there is a delivery issue.

Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is €20.
Orders below this amount cannot be completed. This minimum does not apply to orders placed using store credit as the sole payment method.

Good to know:
Orders placed before 13:00, Monday to Friday, are usually processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00, during weekends or public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.
BOX NOW parcels are held in the locker for up to 72 hours. You can collect your parcel using the six-digit pickup code, or through the BOX NOW app with Bluetooth enabled.
If a Courier Center delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby Clever Point for collection. You will be notified with pickup details.
During high-volume periods, ACS Courier shipments may be redirected to the nearest ACS Smart Point Locker. You will be notified accordingly.
Free BOX NOW shipping applies only to eligible orders. Discounted, promotional or excluded products may not qualify for free shipping.

All EU orders are prepaid only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
All EU shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
DHL Standard is not available for Malta. Malta orders are shipped with DHL Express. Estimated delivery time for Malta is 2–5 business days.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies. Depending on the parcel and destination, the free shipping method may be either DHL Express or DHL Standard.
Orders placed before 13:00, Monday to Friday, are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00, during weekends or public holidays, are processed the next business day.
As these are intra-EU shipments, no customs duties or import taxes apply within the European Union.
United Kingdom — England
We ship to England using DHL.
Please note that the United Kingdom is outside the European Union. This means that customs clearance may be required before final delivery.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies. Free shipping applies only to the shipping cost and does not include any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, customs fees, handling fees or clearance charges that may apply.
The estimated transit times above refer to the time required for the parcel to reach the destination country and proceed to customs clearance.
Final delivery may take longer depending on customs processing, inspections, import payment, local carrier procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, handling fees or clearance charges may apply depending on the order value, product type, country of origin and local regulations.
Where applicable and where supported, these charges may be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. If they are collected at checkout, they are included in the final order total.
If these charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be required to pay them directly to DHL, the carrier or the relevant customs authority before final delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay applicable import charges, does not complete the customs process, or does not collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case, shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, handling fees or other related costs may be deducted from any refund, where permitted by law.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped within Greece, Cyprus and the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, customs fees, handling fees or clearance charges may apply.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and/or the carrier. The Fashion Project does not control these charges and cannot always predict the final amount in advance.
Where applicable and where supported, duties, taxes or import charges may be calculated and charged at checkout. If they are collected at checkout, they will be clearly displayed before payment and included in the final order total.
If such charges are not collected at checkout, they remain the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid directly to the carrier or the relevant authority before delivery.
Customs clearance may affect the final delivery date. Delivery estimates for non-EU shipments are therefore indicative and do not include possible customs delays.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice, contact you directly, or redirect your parcel to an authorized pickup point, such as a Courier Center Clever Point, ACS Smart Point Locker, DHL ServicePoint or another local carrier pickup location.
You will be notified by the carrier with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
Pickup points and service points hold parcels for a limited period of time. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it may be returned to our warehouse.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, the recipient was unavailable, delivery was refused, or import charges were not paid, a new shipping fee may be required before re-dispatch.
Where permitted by law, any shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, handling fees or other related costs may be deducted from any refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to deliver to:
- P.O. boxes
- Military addresses
- Areas not covered by our logistics partners
- Countries or regions not available at checkout

Order Processing
All orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before the applicable cut-off time are usually processed and dispatched the same business day:
- Greece: before 13:00
- Cyprus: before 10:00
- European Union: before 10:00
- United Kingdom: before 10:00
Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time, during weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
During sales, promotional periods, peak seasons or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to payment confirmation, product availability and successful order verification.
Delays, Loss, Damage & Force Majeure
The Fashion Project takes all reasonable steps to prepare, pack and dispatch your order accurately and on time.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, recipient unavailability, extreme weather, strikes, public holidays, operational disruptions or force majeure events.
If your shipment appears to be delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it according to the applicable carrier process and your legal rights.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
