If something doesn't fit or you changed your mind, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date.

Return Options & Fees:

  • Store Credit – Free Return (No cost)

  • Refund – €5 return fee (deducted from your refund)

  • Faulty/Incorrect Item – Free Return (No cost)

How to Return:

  1. Fill out the return form included in your package.

  2. Return your parcel via:

    • ACS or Courier Center (select "recipient pays" – you pay nothing upfront).

    • BOX NOW locker.

  3. You'll receive a store credit code via email, SMS, or Viber, or your refund once we process your return.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds are issued to:

    • Your card or PayPal if used for payment.

    • Your IBAN if you paid via Cash on Delivery or store credit.

  • Processing time: 14 business days after receiving your return.

  • Refund covers product value only (shipping and COD fees are non-refundable).

  • All refunds to IBAN accounts are processed via Alpha Bank (bank fees may apply if using a different bank).

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging.

  • Shoe boxes must be undamaged and free from labels, stickers, or tape.

  • Returns accepted only via ACS, Courier Center, or BOX NOW.

  • Non-returnable items: underwear, opened socks, cosmetics, earrings, towels, hygiene-related products.

  • Swimwear is returnable only if the hygiene sticker is intact.

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, return is free.

  • Promotional offers:

    • 1+1 half price: both items must be returned.

    • 3+1 free: the free item must be returned if you request a refund.

You may return any item within 30 days from purchase.

    • BOX NOW locker.

  3. You'll receive your store credit code or refund confirmation via email, SMS, or Viber after processing.
